Find the cause.
Plan the next step.
We examine pain in the neck, back, shoulder, knee and other musculoskeletal areas, and treat it without surgery wherever that is the right answer.
What we evaluate
- Neck or lower back pain, with or without pain travelling into an arm or leg
- Shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow and wrist pain
- Pain after sport, desk work or a long flight
- Pain that continues despite rest and medication
Treatments used here
Nerve block
Medication delivered near the nerve involved in your pain, performed under C-arm imaging guidance so the position is confirmed rather than assumed.
Intra-articular injection
Injection into the joint space — knee, shoulder, hip and others — when the examination supports it.
Prolotherapy
Injection around ligaments and tendons, considered for chronic soft-tissue pain.
Ultrasound-guided procedures
A Samsung V8 ultrasound lets the doctor watch the surrounding tissue in real time and adjust the position during the procedure.
Imaging
Digital X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound are available on site, so examination and imaging happen in the same visit. Not every back pain needs an MRI, and we will tell you when one is genuinely warranted.

MRI or X-ray reports, previous prescriptions, a list of current medication, and any known allergies. Photographs on your phone are fine.
For a suspected fracture, major trauma, chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, high fever, or loss of bladder or bowel control, go to a hospital emergency department. In Korea dial 119 for an ambulance, or 1339 for the emergency medical information line, which offers English support.
Common questions
Do I need an MRI before I come?
No. Most musculoskeletal pain is assessed from the history, the physical examination and, where useful, X-ray or ultrasound. An MRI is arranged when the findings call for one.
Will I get an injection on the first visit?
Often yes, if the examination supports it and you agree after the options and cost have been explained. Nothing is performed without that conversation first.
Can I go back to normal activity afterwards?
Usually yes. Avoid intense exercise, heavy lifting and saunas on the day of the procedure. Specific advice depends on the site and is given at the time.
What if surgery is what I actually need?
We will say so and refer you. This clinic treats pain without surgery, which also means recognising when non-surgical treatment is not the answer.
Tell us where it hurts.
Include the painful area, when it started, your preferred date and how long you are in Korea.
