Treatment is chosen
after examination.
What we offer depends on your symptoms and what the examination shows. Not every treatment suits every patient, and we will say so when one does not.

View details →What actually happens
- We ask about your symptoms, previous treatment and current medication.
- The doctor examines you and explains the likely cause in English.
- X-ray or ultrasound is used where it will change the decision.
- Options, expected course and cost are explained before anything starts.
- Documents you need for an insurance claim are prepared before you leave.
Tell us your departure date. Some procedures need follow-up, and a few are better avoided immediately before a long flight. The doctor will tell you honestly whether a single visit is worth it.
For a suspected fracture, major trauma, chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, high fever, or loss of bladder or bowel control, go to a hospital emergency department. In Korea dial 119 for an ambulance, or 1339 for the emergency medical information line, which offers English support.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the pain and we will work it out at the examination. That is what the first visit is for.
